Jin Yup Lee (Head Chef) and Daniel Frankel (the owner) have worked in many restaurants in Sydney and that's when the friendship between the two was forged. When the pair started looking for kitchen equipment for their new restaurant, they wanted a sous vide bath with a high degree of accuracy, relibility and simplicity. Naturally, they chose FusionChef Pearl sous vide bath. Tucked away in Westleigh, Knife, Fork, Bottle & Cork is a small upmarket Restaurant & Bar open for lunch and dinner.
